Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items can only be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or damaged.

To request a return or refund, email support@tsimastore.com with your order number and photo proof.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
